Assertive, full flavored, and complex. This is a big spirit, hitting all aspects of the palate -from subtle fruit sweetness, nice tannins, and finishing with a lingering honey and nutty quality. The spice from the high-rye presents as toasted cinnamon with a subtle black pepper note, but overall has caramelized sweets and fruits throughout. A rich and distinctive sipper, with an impactful nish.
